Have you seen this? Have you been in this?
"In crowded places, I don't assert my need for personal space, allowing strangers to stand too close or even touch me without permission. It's a reminder that I've been conditioned to not make a fuss, even when I'm uncomfortable." "At my workspace, I haven't asked for the ergonomic adjustments or equipment I need, enduring discomfort rather than 'inconveniencing' anyone. I'm sacrificing my own well-being for no real reason." "At the gym, I find myself using equipment in cramped or less visible areas just to not 'get in the way.' There's plenty of space, but I act as if I don't deserve to use it." "I've noticed in conversations, I let others interrupt or talk over me. I don't assert my right to finish my thoughts. It's as if my voice doesn't hold the same weight." "On my daily commute, I always find myself squeezing into the smallest corner on the bus, making myself as small as possible to give others more room. It's like I'm trying to disappear."
The situations mentioned before can happen to the most confident of us. So is not confidence what we are going to work in, but understanding why this happens and practising some tools to deal with it in such a way that you become a boundary ninja. You can join this session and practice the expansion of our personal power in your body, using a variety of techniques that will be practiced and role-played and yes, enjoyed! This programme aims to go deeper into the root causes of boundary challenges, offering insights into how past experiences and societal conditioning may influence our ability to assert ourselves. By the end of our time together, you'll not only have honed your skills setting physical and mental boundaries but also cultivated a profound sense of empowerment and sovereignty over your personal space.
'Occupy Your Space' is an immersive journey through movement, role-play, and dance, crafted to be as entertaining as it is informative. We focus on using our bodies as tools for learning and self-expression, steering clear of traditional teaching methods. Through these lively, hands-on activities, you'll gain practical strategies and activities designed for ongoing personal development. Get ready to move, engage, and evolve in a journey that reclaims your sovereignty and space in the most dynamic and enjoyable manner.

THIS
TRAINING
is centred on analizing our own social conditioning, embodiment practices and visualisation and role-playing techniques to help you connect with your body and express your boundaries with unshakeable confidence.
EXPERIENCE
the magic of the foundations of Power Dynamics for everyday life, and how our socialisation has in many cases interfered with the full development of our natural capacities.
WOMEN
When it comes to talking about connecting with your bodies and occupying your space, many women feel comfortable in an all-women space. You can have this course delivered exclusively for groups of women where we will tackle in most specific ways issues that we experience. Although this training is not a way to deal with a threat of physical harm, we will tackle frequently asked questions and deal with situations such as managing unwanted attention and invasive behaviour.
