They took place in Farnham, in St Mark's Church, and the feedback has been so positive that I am planning to deliver other two in 2024 in the same place, in order to start a eight week course in Spring.
The content: how to do when stakes are high and you feel too nervous to react, what can you do or say when you are being made uncomfortable by others, learning to not absorve negativity from others around you and how to handle a delicate conversation where you want to be a positive influence.
